क्या कहें क्यों कहें

आज गर्मी बहुत है लोगों ने कहा पेड़ कट rahe है इसलिए गर्मी पड़ रही है लेकिन गर्मी तो न जाने कब से पड़ रही है और बढ़ रही है रही बात पेड़ कटने कि तो आम जनता से कई गुना अधिक पेड़ तो सरकार काट रही है और हर आदमी चाहता है कि पेड़ लगाया जाए लेकिन कहाँ लगेगा जगह कहाँ है. एक सज्जन ने एक विश्वविद्यालय के प्रांगण ने दस हज़ार पेड़ लगाए अपने स्व प्रयास से विश्वविद्यालय ने उनको ग्रीन बॉय का दर्ज़ा दिया दस मे से लगभग चार हज़ार पेड़ लग भी गए fir क्या था जैसे ही बड़े हुए पेड़ विश्वविद्यालय ने कटवा दिए कि बिल्डिंग बनेगी अब कौन गलत हुआ। वही हाल नदी सफाई आंदोलनो का है सरकारे ठीक से अपना काम नहीं कर रही ये समझना होगा हर काम आम आदमी नहीं कर सकता इसलिए सरकार चुनता है और सरकारें निकम्मी होती है क्योंकि जोड़ तोड़ वाली सरकारे आती है और बस होने जो बचाने मे लगी रहती है। 

आज बस इतना ही 

एक नदी की  हत्या 

वाराणसी जिसको कभी जल तीर्थ भी माना गया था वहाँ  पर नदियों और तालाबों की दुर्दशा  देख आज के विकास का नया माडल सवालों के घेरे में आ गया है। वाराणसी में बहने वाली असि नदी जो कभी इतना वर्चस्व रखती थी की वाराणसी (वरुणा + असि ) के नाम का हिस्सा थी आज अपने अस्तित्व के लिए संघर्ष कर रही है। आज असी नदी नाला बना दी गई है ।  इसे नाला घोषित करने के बाद तो मानो इस पर कब्जा करने की होड़ लग गयी। इसके लम्बे चौड़े पाट-किनारों पर भू-माफियाओं की निगाह ऐसी गड़ी कि मात्र पिछले 10 वर्षों में ही इन भू-माफियाओं, धन पिपासुओं ने इसे नाले से नाली में बदल दिया। वाराणसी की पहचान इस प्राचीन नदी पर कब्जा करने वालों में आज कौन शामिल नहीं है। इसमें महाविद्यालयों से जुड़े शिक्षक हैं, प्राचार्य हैं, राजनेता हैं, वकील हैं, प्रशासनिक अधिकारी हैं और तो और सन्त-महात्मा भी हैं। वाराणसी नगर निगम, वाराणसी विकास प्राधिकरण, राज्य सरकार ,  राजनेता-व्यापारी- नौकरशाह, सब ने असी को सुखाने में कोई कोर कसर बाकी नहीं रखी है। पैसा देकर सरकारी कागजातों में असी नदी के प्रवाह मार्ग के सूखे भूखण्ड पर अवैध तरीके से पहले व्यक्तिगत नाम चढ़वाए गए, फिर पुलिस-प्रशासन और सत्ता की आड़ लेकर इन भूखण्डों पर कब्जा किया गया। विडम्बना तो यह है कि यह प्रक्रिया उस राज में ज्यादा परवान चढ़ी जिन्होंने हिन्दू सभ्यता और संस्कृति के नाम पर एक प्रकार से पिछले पन्द्रह वर्षों से वाराणसी पर अपना शासन जमा रखा था। वाराणसी नगर निगम पिछले 10 वर्षों से भाजपा के पास है, वाराणसी लोकसभा की सीट तो 1990 से लगातार भाजपा के पास रही। लेकिन किसी को फुरसत नहीं कि दम तोड़ चुकी असी को पुनरुज्जीवन दे सके।  और तो और, असी घाट स्थित असी संगम स्थान के ऊपर ही कुछ वर्ष पूर्व एक विशालकाय आश्रम भी बन गया। असी का संगम स्थान जब अपने मूल स्थान से प्रशासन द्वारा हटा दिया गया तब जो स्थान रिक्त हुआ, उस सरकारी जमीन पर अनेक लोगों की निगाहें गड़ गईं। कुछ ही वर्ष पूर्व उत्तर प्रदेश के तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री की कृपा से उक्त संगम स्थान को एक आश्रम के भवन के लिए निर्धारित कर दिया गया। जो भी हो, जाने या अनजाने में असी के मूल संगम स्थान पर भव्य आश्रम-प्रासाद खड़ा करके इस प्राचीन नदी को, जिसके कारण वाराणसी का अस्तित्व संसार के समक्ष आया, अन्तिम विदाई दे दी गई। असी को इस स्थिति तक पहुंचाने वालों की सूची में बिहार कैडर के एक वरिष्ठ आई.पी.एस.अधिकारी और जाने-माने विद्वान भी हैं। संकट मोचन मंदिर के पास असी नदी के मुहाने पर अपनी प्रसिद्ध मिठाई की दुकान "स्वादिष्ठम" नाम से खोली है। और इसके उद्घाटन में सम्मिलित होने वालों में काशी की प्रसिद्ध संस्कृतिनिष्ठ हस्तियां तो थी हीं, पूर्व केन्द्रीय मंत्री और एक राज्यसभा सदस्य भी पधारे। उस समय अखबारों में जब हल्ला मचा तो उक्त अधिकारी ने अपने वैधानिक कागज-पत्रों के आधार पर स्पष्ट किया कि असी नाले से कुछ फुट जमीन छोड़कर ही यह भवन बनाया गया है। आश्चर्य इस बात का है कि आज जब सामान्य सी बरसात भी हो जाए तो यह नदी अपना पूर्व रूप लेने लगती है, लेकिन असी की सीमा अब मात्र 6 से 8 फुट बताई जाने लगी है।

 बहरहाल, इन सबसे अलग भी कुछ ऐसे लोग हैं काशी में जो असी की दुर्दशा देखकर विक्षुब्ध हैं और उसे उसके पुराने वैभव को लौटाने के लिए संकल्पबद्ध हैं। । तुलसी मानस मंदिर के प्रबंधक श्री त्रिलोचन शास्त्री के अनुसार एक समय था जब पंचक्रोशी करने वाले   नदी में नहाते थे लेकिन आज नदी को नाला कहे  पर क्षोभ  होता है।  काशी हिन्दू विश्वविद्यालय के इंजीनियरिंग कालेज में प्रोफेसर रहे तथा गंगा परियोजनाशाला के संस्थापक प्रो. उदय कान्त चौधरी के अनुसार असि  नदी को वैज्ञानिक परिभाषा में मरी  या नाला  नहीं घोषित किया जा सकता क्योंकि अभी भी नदी में रिवर कैरक्टर  मौजूद है। मजे की बात है की  विकास वाद की नयी परिभाषा में असि को पूरी तरह से दफ़न करने का मन बना लिया है। जल निगम द्वारा चल रहे गंगा एक्शन प्लान में असि को नाला मान कर पाटने का काम शुरू हो गया है कई स्थानों पर ६-७ फुट पाइप में असि नदी डाली जा रही हैं। जब इस बाबत गंगा एक्शन प्लान के GM ए.के . सिंह से सवाल पूछे गए तो वो बगले झांकते  नज़र आये और कहा की क्या करें काम तो करना है। नगर निगम के पास भी कोई उत्तर नहीं लेकिन हाँ खामियों से भरे इस परियोजना से  कुछ हो न हो एक पौराणिक नदी जिसका गुप्तकालीन, गौरवशाली इतिहास रहा है की हत्या हो जायेगी।

असी और भदैनी मुहल्ले में भी समाप्त हो रही असी के प्रश्न पर बैचेनी है। असी नदी के निकट  मुहल्ले में ही रहने वाले सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता कपीन्द्र नाथ तिवारी  असी नदी को वाराणसी की प्राण रेखा बताते हैं। उनके अनुसार, "इस नदी को जिस दिन इसके मूल स्थान से हटाया गया उसी दिन से असि की उलटी गिनती शुरू हो गयी थी और  जब असी ही नहीं बची तो काशी कहां से बचेगी?" असी पर लगातार हो रहे अतिक्रमणों के प्रति वाराणसी प्रशासन सदा से मौन रहा है। यदि असि को पाइप में दाल कर पात दिया गया तो पूरे विश्व में यह पहली जीवित नदी होगी जिसको विकासवाद के नाम पर बलि चढ़ाया गया हो।

During Colonial period many Governor Generals lived in lavish style in England after returning back to Britain by completing there tenure in India and most of them were charges for Financial scams. So there is no wonder that this riot occurs, actually this is not a kind of riot but this is well organised loot in which Britishers are expert.They always try to impose there artificial and fake supremecy over the people of third world countries. In reality they are nothing without the support of third world countries. I have seen various britishers when they come India they always take the snaps of the poors,helpless peoples,beggers,pollution and dirt. You know why? because they are prejudiced person having no knowledge of greatness of India and Indian Power. There Divide and rule breaks India. They looted India from past 200 years and now they becomes rich there youths are idle they dont want to work they always want government help. when government decided to cut down there fund they started agitation in the form of riot. After all I must say India is more peace ful as compared to England and having good law and order. and time come when we should start to think about our perception. And stop to see towards West because Sun sets in West and rises in East.

In political science it is often said that politics is decided by the cultural sentiments, environmental situations and public mood ,these are external factors which creates the politics of the country. I wonder to see that why communism is fail in India great ideology always talk for the public welfare knowledge ful and disciplined leadership but result is.. some hand ful seats in the parliament...the basic reason is behind the background of Communism ...Communism is high jacked concept and since it has been high jacked from the place where cultural atmosphere is very different from the India and high jacked in almost pure form it lacks the cultural nourishment different public mood , result is you know it is confined to Kerala and some places in WB ....We tried to grow ginseng on the land of Tulsi ...in this experiment first we cut tulsi and plant zinsang as a result both plants got dead similarly we tried to plant communism without proper treatment.....I know the communistic ideology is very rigid they think beond the nation but this does not means that you wear khadi and sit in Lamborghini desire for company shares ..

Repetitive Blast had again tremorred the Economic City. But apart from the blast the Mumbai was more hurted due to irresponsible behavior and statements of the political leaders. After blast every thing was so monotonous that public get irritated.

we are dying and leaders are saluting our resilience . really this is very bad situation.

We have prime minister who is having no voice, we have opposition which is having no leadership.We have security having no time for the local public . So what we have on which we should have proud to be. Really I am ashamed to be a citizen of this country where politics is decided by those guys who are having no experience of grass root reality. I know in this country you can only scream on the channels, blogs,community websites, but at the time of election we have to choose best among the worst who are playing with our lives . Neither enemy nation nor terrorist group is responsible for this blast only and only handicap government is responsible for this Blast. This is very unfortunate to hear the voice of Raul Gandhi that we have solved the 99% of the terrorism problem and 1 or 2 blast are common in India . India is not a Bhatta parsaoul Mr Gandhi and you are not a citizen of Europe . If you think this is your country then you should admit this.

Bill banega kanoon banega aur fir sab dhaak ke teen paaat kya kanoono ki kami hai humare paas CBI,CVC,RTI,ED,COURTS,PIL etc. …. kya nahi hai aur ombudsman jo har state me lok ayukta ke naam se jaane jate hai fir jan lok pal bill ke liye hungama kyo. Gaumukh-Uttarkashi Ganga stretch declared eco-sensitive

In a significant step, the government has given in-principle nod for declaring the 135-km stretch of the Ganga between Gaumukh and Uttarkashi as an eco-sensitive zone seeking specific activities to protect the rich biodiversity of the region. The National Ganga River Basin Authority (NGRBA) in its meeting held yesterday also approved discontinuation of three hydro projects -- Bhaironghati, Pala Maneri and NTPC's Loharinag Pala proposed on the river. A few months back, a three-member panel headed by Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee had suggested to the government to shelve the three dams proposed on the Ganga river following opposition by locals and religious leaders. "The three projects will not be allowed to come up. This was decided yesterday at a meeting of the NGRBA chaired by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh," Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh said today on the sidelines of a function here. He said as desired by his ministry, the Authority has also given nod for declaring the river stretch between Gaumukh and Uttarkashi as eco-sensitive zone under the Section 3 of the Environment Act according to which only those activities as approved by the eco-management plans for that region could be undertaken there. "There will be a monitoring committee which will oversee the implementation of the plan. We will consult the state governments in this regard," the Minister said indicating that hydel projects would not be allowed in the zone once declared as eco-sensitive.

The second meeting of the NGRBA, which was attended by Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde and Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia besides Ramesh and four Chief Ministers of the states where river Ganga flows, also discussed the Ganga Basin Management Plan and the World Bank loan to clean the river. "By March next year, we are likely to finalise a billion dollar loan from World Bank to be spread over the next five years for restoring the river system by minimising its pollution level," Ramesh added. The meeting also approved a Conservation Action Plan for the Gangetic dolphin which just a few months back was declared as a national aquatic animal by the government. 'There are less than 2,000 gangetic dolphins in the country and one of the aims of the Ganga river cleaning programme will be increasing the number and distribution of the aquatic animal," Ramesh added. In another important decision, the NGRBA members also approved a proposal wherein the Central government and state government will bear the operation and management cost in the ratio of 70:30 in all the projects being taken up under the NGRBA programme. "So far it was the state governments that were bearing the entire cost for the operation and maintenance. But now the cost will be shared in the ratio of 70:30 for the next three years which could be extended to another two years," the Minister said adding that all the projects will be audited by a third party to ensure transparency. अभी सारा देश मीडिया के हिसाब से IPL नामक नौटंकी में व्यस्त है । आज कल देश की धारा और विचार धरा मीडिया ही तै कर रहा है । मीडिया बता रहा है की गर्मी में बच्चे तेज़ी से बढ़ते है फलां फलां ड्रिंक पिलाओ और साबू बनाओ गर्मी तेज़ है ग्लूकोस पिलाओ। कही IPL के छक्कों के शोर ने ७६ सिपाहियों का बलिदान को दबा दिया है । नक्सल प्रभावित जगहों पर जहा आज भी पानी पी कर लोग सो रहे है वही उसी देश में IPL पार्टी का आयोजन हो रहा है । यह इस देश के लिए शर्मनाक है और मामला तब और सर नीचा कर लेने वाला होता है इसी देश के उच्च स्तरीय नेता इस नौटंकी में अपनी किरकिरी करवा रहा है । और हम उसको so called sophisticate बताते है। यही नौटंकी है जिसे करवाने के लिए कुछ लोगो ने कहा था की हमको इलेक्शन ताल देना चाहिए अगर याद हो तो । आखी सरकार इस तरह की नौटंकी को आज्ञा क्यों देती है ये कोई खेल तो नहीं । बी स्टार के खिलाडियों से भरा नौटंकी । कहा है राहुल भैया कहां है वो सारे गरीबो के नेता शायद वो भी यही कहे की अभी रुको IPL चल रहा है .

हमारे कामरेड मनीष भइया आज कल AISA के किसी बड़े पोस्ट पर है । लेकिन मिलने पर वही आत्मीयता और वही नॉकजोक कभी कभी हमारे विचारो में मेल नही खता और शुरू हो जाती है बहस । लेकिन बहस के बाद हम फ़िर वही पहुँच जाते है जहा से हमने शुरू किया था । मनीष भइया के प्रयत्नों को देख कर यही लगता है की हमारी राजनीति के सच्चे युवा पहरुआ शायद आज भी संघर्ष के दौर में है । वंश वाद से दूर नीजी चैनेलो के फोकस से दूर यह केवल अपने काम करते है । ये चुनाव जीतने के बाद स्विट्जरलैंड chuttiya नही मनाने जाते । गरीबो के यहां dunlop के गद्दे पर नही सोते। ये केवल अपना कार्य करते है ये करिश्माई पोस्टर बॉय भी नही । आज मनीष भइया जैसे कितने कार्यकर्ता है जो केवल अपना काम करते है और उन्होंने कभी भी चुनाव के बारे में सोचा भी नही । कारण साफ़ है क्यों की राज नीति की पकड़ शायद डिम्पल यादव (मुलायम सिंह यादव की बहु) जैसे समझदार हाथो में देने के बात की जा रही है । इसीलिए शायद किसी नेता ने कहा था की नेता और कार्यकर्त्ता में फर्क होता है और अगर सभी कार्यकर्ता नेता बन जायेंगे तो ज़मीन पर काम कौन करेगा जाहिर है राहुल के पास अभी और भी काम है ।
